About Miss Culture International
Our History
Since its founding, Miss Culture International has attracted outstanding women from around the globe each year, using the pageant platform to promote international cultural exchange. The international finals are held annually in Malaysia, bringing together representatives from across Asia.
Competition Structure
MCI Taiwan is the official Taiwan regional selection for Miss Culture International. The winner of MCI Taiwan represents Taiwan at the MCI International Finals, held in Malaysia at year-end.

Hai Fa Advertising is the official organizer of the 2026 Miss Culture International Taiwan Selection. With deep roots in brand marketing, media relations, and large-scale event production, Hai Fa has spent years connecting domestic and international brands with the Taiwanese market.
Guided by the philosophy of "connecting the world through culture," Hai Fa brings Miss Culture International to Taiwan to celebrate the cultural confidence and multifaceted beauty of Taiwanese women — and to share Asia's elegance and depth with a global audience.

Oversees national selections and competition coordination across Asia Pacific. With deep experience in pageantry and cultural exchange, she leads the building of the Miss Culture International brand throughout the region.

Asia Model Festival Award Champion, representing Malaysia in South Korea; 16 years of professional modeling experience on international luxury stages. Director and producer of fashion film projects. Over 10 years of runway training and image coaching since age 21.
